Hi, I want to ask how a caregiver under contract can apply for Permanent Resident Visa/Immigrant Visa? and when will he be able to take his relatives in Canada?

1. Can't apply until have 2 years of work under the Live-in Caregiver program. Once you apply your spouse and dependent children are included in the application.
