Please I would like to ask my title is community support worker and I am doing the job of an home support worker with in a residential setting in a group home. I have doing this job since 2022. Personal care work and lift and light house duties and running errands etc please can I apply for the care worker route with this job title?
So you want your employer and you to lie and change NOC in your experience letter, and also give job offer in another NOC. That is between you and your employer so ask them not this forum.
Could you please be guided as to what you say when you don't know the full story. If you can not read what I wrote you don't have to conclude and give assumption. I have the full support of my employer. I am just concerned about my job title.

So your job experience letter matches the NOC for home support worker, not your current title. Change title on letter to home support worker. Community support worker may be different NOC and TEER.

I have one question related to "Training requirement" (not work experience)
IRCC website says:
You must have received a credential for a relevant training of at least 6 months, within or outside Canada. The training must: be targeted towards the following National Occupational Classifications (NOCs) HCWIP: Child Care Home child care providers (NOC 44100) Early childhood educators and assistants (NOC 42202). This does not include early childhood educators, day care teachers and supervisors.
Here is my question. Does it (the last sentence) exclude the education as well?
If I completed a college program of "Early childhood educators" (i.e. 2 years Seneca ECE program), can I be eligible for this new immigration program (HCWIP)? Again, the college diploma is for training requirement instead of work experience requirement which I do not have 6 months experience yet.
