HI
Can an application for CAQ be made with a conditional offer from a university?

Yeah!
This I confirmed with Halina and Agi both.
You would be able to apply for CAQ with just the PDF you received with the outstanding conditions on it.
For study permit you would need the hard copy they will mail on receipt of your documents

Lol! Is everyone getting a qualifying program?
I have to complete three undergraduate SOEN and COMP courses as part of it.
How many pre-reqs did you guys get?

What area was your undergrad in?
I have pre-requisites of software engineering since I am from an ECE background and now applying to pursue a master's in software engineering
Honestly, a lot of universities do this to generate money for research funding.
Anyway, Concordia's 646$ per credit is still a lot sweeter than US universities like NYU which have 1516 USD per credit. Now THAT is insane!
I guess we have to pay fee for additional whole semester as I got mail about registration of courses which tells that new student can take max 2 courses in first Sem and max three in subsequent terms. so for Meng we need to complete 10 courses for 45 credits and additional 3 courses for qualifying program. total 13 courses can be completed in 5 sems instead of 4 . what u say ?
Yeah! That sounds about right!
And a one-semester long internship as long as that isn't your first or last term of your program.
So it can take 6 terms.
