CAQ & Study Permit Extension

Im currently in Quebec now
Current Study Permit expires in 2021.08.31

I applied for study permit extension on 2021.05.19
Applied for CAQ on 2021.06.07
Submitted my CAQ application Status through webform on 2021.06.28
Received study permit refusal on 2021.07.20

Current CAQ status is still "DEPOSIT/REGISTERED"

My question is, how should i fix it?
Should I wait until my CAQ is approved and resubmit another study permit extension?
Or send a webforum for enquiry......or.......!!

You can't apply for a study permit extension without having renewed your caq first...
