Should i sent the original letter of acceptance ? or i can send a scanned version ?

You should use the copies of the documents. The original documents is not required.

After paying the application fee of $109, you get a form. Download it. Staple ur passport size photo. Sign the declaration. Courier it to given address on form along with a photocopy of passport and copy of offer letter.

Same I did. I used DHL service. Got my documents delivered in 4-5 days.

By the way which college or univ you are going to attend? And which program?
