I was planning to pursue my study in Winter 2020. However, I received my CAQ very late in December 2019. When I went to the visa office, they told me that the study permit will have a long processing time. As a result, I failed to catch the first day of classes, and planned to make deferral to the next term. So, I am interested to know whether I issue a new CAQ or not. If so, what are the required documents to issue the new one ? . Thank for help in advance.
NOTE: If you obtain a CAQ for studies for the fall semester and you postpone your arrival by one semester, you do not have to submit a new application for temporary selection for studies. For any other postponement, you must obtain a new CAQ for studies.

Hi Everyone...
I applied my caq last month. I paid the required application fee and submit the supporting docs too. I got a letter from Quebec immi that my application is cancelled due to cancellation of application fee. They have told me to reapply for caq with the new application fee with docs. I have not received any refund regarding application fee too.
