CAQ and SP expired. Need help/suggestion in applying new CAQ and SP.

Let me brief about my situation.
I started pursuing my Masters from Concordia University, May 2016. I got married (arranged) in June 2016. My wife didn't accompany me in Canada, she was living in India. Everything went well till October 2016, then problems started in the relationship. Things started getting worse with the wife and the in-law family. I have been insulted and humiliated a few times due to their misunderstandings. That was the worst experience ever in my life. After those events, I couldn't concentrate on my studies properly and my grades began to fall. In between all these around Summer 2017, I was working on a business startup project which had a couple of investors who are ready to invest on my idea, but they wanted me to avail the patent (atleast patent pending status) for the idea before anything else. I then incorporated a company in Quebec and worked on the patent application, after a few months all the works were paused indefinitely. In Fall 2017, I tried to forget all those events and concentrate on my studies, but I couldn't handle the stress and depression. I thought that I'll be alright once I get out of the depression, without any ego, even its not my fault, I tried to patch up with my wife during Winter 2018. Unfortunately, my caq and study permit expired in March 2018. Again with the stress and depression, in April 2018 I made the worst decision of flying back to India and reapply for my permits. After coming to India, things got even worse, my family and I were insulted in front of the people in my locality. My wife staged a suicide stunt, accused me of impotency and I was abused so much. Finally, she asked for a divorce but with a huge variety of made up allegations. We were a prestigious family in the town for 2 generations couldn't bear all these incidents. I am going through the worst phase of my life. Also, I heard from a believable source that the wife and her family they are trying to find any way to sabotage my career. I really can't think straight and I seeking therapy too.

Now I have explained my situation and requested the Graduate Coordinator of the Department in the University to provide me with a recommendation letter for CAQ and SP application.
Below are the things that I need help with.

1. CAQ application.
a) Explanation letter for the year break in studies. (Is my situation a really valid reason for the disrupt in studies?)
b)Transcripts of the courses I attended. (My grades are worse)
c)Official letter from the University saying that I can continue my studies from Summer 2019. (Waiting on it)

2. Study Permit
a) Tuition fees paid in full for 2 years of the program. Ready to pay further tuition fees if needed.
b) IELTS score got expired. Should I take the exam again?
c) Will the same explanation letter enough for CAQ and SP application?

That's all I can think about now. Please suggest me what I should do and also please let me know if I have to worry about anything other than these doubts.

1. CAQ application

a) If they have a provision of attaching and an explanation letter then explain about the issues you faced. You need not go into a lot of detail and write it from a neutral perspective although this is a difficult time you should avoid writing with your personal feelings in mind. You need to convey that it is due to circumstances at home which is the reason of your bad grades and subsequent return to your country.

b) If they are asking for uncompleted transcript then provide it separately, otherwise attach it to the letter you will get from the university.

c) This will be mandatory.

2. Study permit

a) As long as you have paid the fees, or you have the money in the bank to pay the fees plus the 10,000 dollars for your living expenses of the first year, then you should be fine.
b) if you are making a fresh application then you will have to take IELTS again
c) If you can make tweaks to the letter to better suite the CAQ and SP application then do so.

We cannot control things that are not in our hand. What you can control is your destiny. Do not worry about this reputation and all. Either 1) people will forget or forgive in time or 2) the people who don't like your family now were just giving lip service. There is no reason to befriend a snake. Yes, life is full of failures but the only thing you can do now is fix your situation. If you are getting professional help with a psychologist, it could be possible to get a letter from the doctor which could help with the University, MIDI or CIC. It will be more difficult seeing as you returned without completing. Also note that any chance of PGWP is lost since your program was not continuous since you took a break.
