Capr and work permit

I am an Indian bachelor degree holder physiotherapisit.
I have planned to give 1level theroy exam of capr in july and if i clear my exam i would be interim physiotherpist over there.
Query :
1. How do i get job?
2.how long the process will take to get work permit. ?
3. Any options on increasing crs score.

Imp- i do not have PR and unable to get because of less crs score.
Will be coming to give exam on tourist visa.

Generally speaking it's extremely difficult to secure a job offer as a foreign worker. The vast majority of employers are not willing to go through the LMIA process. You should assume that it will not be possible to find a job.

You should look for other ways to increase your CRS score - like retaking the language test to achieve a higher score.

You could also look at the various PNPs to see if physiotherapists are in demand in certain provinces.

Can u please which pnp? As i had but my express entry file and applied for pnp also bit dint get any reply.
