m cic. No luck so far. I have tried so many options to reach out to an agent. Any recommendation so far?

My AOR March 29th, I paid RFPR on May 8th. I've got one ghost update last month ( I don't remember the exact date, sorry) No update then. I am waiting for my PPR and trying to reach out the agent to see if there is a glitch/delay
Applied from Turkey. Calling from Turkey. I used Skype for that but I can use Skype credit as well. It doesn't have to be a free troll.
I have emailed cic according to updateding my email ( I tried to apply immigration before EE sytem so they kept a immigration counselor's email in my database, I let them know that I don't work with that people anymore, I don't use any agent anymore) They didn't get back to me on this as well.
I have tried calling +16139444000 and also 1-888-242-2100 , tried 12110 combination as recommended. I also went through all options.
I would be great if anyone share their experience if they contacted an agent recently.

do you have access to your EE profile ?
you will need to use a Canadian Skype number or Hangouts as the IRCC system weeds out outstation calls.
they will not entertain emails from any email id not already in their system, you will need to log into your EE profile and update the email id there before emailing them. alternately, have you tried raising a case specific query using the IRCC webform (click here) to communicate the change in email id ?

It's been too long and it's been close to 6 month that I submitted my profile. I am worried and I wanna know if everything is alright. Everyone is reaching out an agent through phone so I wonder if I can get more info through an agent.

the best case scenario for you is to use the webform till your required email id is reflected in your express entry profile.
once it is six months from the time you submitted your application (AoR), you can use the web form again to ask for the status of your application. before that they will just reply that it is still within the processing time of six months.

you may want to apply for GCMS notes, to get a better idea of everything that has/is happening on your application. know that you will receive the gcms notes only 30-45 days from applying for one. you can use the web form again if you find anything of concern in the GCMS notes. Good Luck !

they seem to have a limit on the number of people in queue and you will unable to reach the agent if the queue limits are reached.
