I have a valid Study Visa till 2021, I withdrew from University of Waterloo last Jan (attended one semester) and traveled back home. I was accepted in Simon Fraser University for September 2017. I need to link my paper application to CIC account which is not working every time I make sure all info are correctly added but I get No Application was found. My study permit is still valid but I can't transfer DLI!!!
Can't reach anyone at CIC as they don't have international number & I have sent a case specific email with no response. PLEASE anyone help!!!
