As part of my previous employers' (home depot) company policy, they don't give reference letters on company letterhead. However, I have my record of Employment (ROE) from service Canada for the period I worked for them. I was wondering if this will be sufficient for my application if I include it with all my bank statements highlighting my direct deposits from the home home depot. I'm applying under Canadian experience class and this was one of the jobs I wanted to claim points for, but not the one I'm basing my application on.

I dont think it will work as I submitted letter, Pay stubs, T4, ROE and NOA but there is no duties mentioned in the letter. so I explained in LOE even though they refused my file. so its better try to get letter

Thanks for the info. guys. What if I include my job offer wit my ROE and Pay Stubs? I believe my job offer should contain my job duties. It wasn't a professional position btw. I just worked as a cashier there for a few months

If you worked there as a cashier, you don't need anything because its NOC C. You wont get any points for NOC C. Remove this experience form work history and you must have it into your personal history. after doing this there wont be any place holder.

Yes I can, but I read online that changing information on your ITA work history is different from your EE work history, your application will be refused. Perhaps I might have read it wrong?

Did you read this on CIC website? you can explain this into LOE. just explain LOE that you couldn't obtain reference letters and you are not claiming any points for those experiences.

As per the Express Entry Ministerial Instructions, candidates are encouraged to decline an ITA if their change in circumstance negatively impacts their eligibility such that they no longer meet the MEC of the federal immigration program to which they were invited to apply, or if their recalculated CRS score falls below the lowest ranked candidate in their round of invitations. Applicants who cannot provide proof of the information provided in their profile, on the basis of which they were invited to apply, will be refused on section A11.2 and assessed for misrepresentation. Cost recovery fees will not be refunded.
