Cannot update profile

Hello,

I created my Express Entry profile last week. At first I got some points, then I updated my work history and then suddenly my profile status became "Profile Ineligible". And now i cannot even update my profile. I really think it is a software bug or something. But I wanted to know if anyone faced the same issue? If yes, were you able to fix it or find a solution to it?

If not, then I will have to create a new Express Entry profile again and then I will have to tell them that I had created a profile before.

I will appreciate any help in this. Thank you.

Hi,

I have an EE profile created since January with 345 points. Few days ago I was trying to update my profile and mistakenly changed one answer to "NO" where it asks if I have any education. Suddenly my status went ineligible and locked all forms from updating.
I was wondering if you could solve your issue as it looks similar to mine or did you just created a new profile.
