Cannot register on Job Bank

Hi Forum,

I am not able to register myself on job bank as it shows firstly i have to go through EE or get permanent SIN number as i have temporary SIN number so how can i register myself on job bank?

go on top there is click in link express entry and entre profile number and job seeker

Dear All,
Please help me as I cant register in job bank.
Link send in message was jobbank.gc.ca/content_pieces-eng.do?cid=6843 . when i try to create job bank a/c , at 3rd step validation it requires to fill Social Insurance No.,canadian PIN n phone etc.

dEAR All,
I am not able to create job with apllication no. and Job seeker validation code in the job bank.
It requires me to fill Social Insurance No., Canadian PIN, Phone no. etc which I cannot fill.

Plz help with correct link or tell me mistake i making.
