Hello everyone, I landed recently in Vancouver and have been trying to update my Canada address via online/fax/phone call.
Online it says they cannot find my profile. I tried to call the PR Card Call Centre at 1-800-255-4541 with a Canadian number but there is no one answering the phone. Does anyone know what's going on?

I'm having the same issue as you, the website to update the address doesn't recognize my UCI number or other ID numbers. And the PR Card call centre number doesn't work. How did you eventually fix this?
I have sent a fax to number on the form, but I am anxious that it might not be enough. It has been more than a month since I arrived here.
