Hi All,
What will be the effect if i do not pay the first semester fees before visa.
I am asking this because, when we inquired regarding the fees payment we got a reply from the university as follows,"We require you to have your student permit (study visa) prior to registering for classes. Once registered, you will be able to pay your fees."
I told them that for visa process here in India, it is strongly recommended, but still they are stick to what they are saying.
What should I do now??
Look, it is not COMPULSORY to submit first semester fee before submitting file for visa. I've seen dozens of Indians here who got visas without submitting fee. So don't worry, submit the case and get your permit first. Good Luck
I think that you are applying to a non spp college.Hence this problem. In that case it is perfectly fine to file ur visa application before paying the fees. That's the norm for non spp colleges.

You can apply without pre paying tuition fees. The same thing happened in my case. The concerned CHC is very well aware of the fact that Universities prefer to have tuition at the time of registration.
