Cannot open the IMM5707 Family Form PDF online. Please Help!

Hi everyone,

I cannot seem to open the IMM5707 Family Form on my application online. I have followed the link that someone has already mentioned in another post but it was not helpful and I have even tried opening the file on FireFox and Safari, but still does not open.

It gives me the error message that I need Adobe Reader version 10 or higher, which I already have, so I don't know why it is not working???

So you have downloaded and installed Adobe 10 and also followed exactly the solution in the following link ?

Use internet explorer -only it works, the rest nah!
