canda visa jan intake 2016

plz help me out
i want to apply for canada on jan intake 2016, i have got offer letter from fleming clg ..
12 = 66 %
10 = 61
btech = 67 % with 10 backlogs
ielts = 6.5 band r=6.5 L= 7 W= 5.5 S= 7.5
frnds im confuse that should i apply under spp or non spp ..plz help me ..
