Hello Everyone,
please I need your ultimate advice, my permanent residence application was just cancelled because am missing my wife's data page, when I created a new EE Profile, my CRS point increased and I had used the same information as the first one,can anyone advice on what could have caused this
second, I have contacted the province to please transfer my nomination to my new profile, it seems taking forever, can I create a new EOI although my present nomination is still valid
Thanks
What was the cancellation reason given by IRCC ? What do you mean my wife’s missing data page ?

Did you forget to upload a copy of your wife's passport? Also, no do not create a new EOI. Depending on how long it has been since you last contacted them (atleast 1 month+) then send them another follow-up email, and if possible call them. This way, you can get their attention, and they can maybe update it to your new profile.

it was cancelled as incomplete, the letter I got reads it was not put to processing

Try calling their office then if they have a number, and if not, email them again.
I am in the same boat it seems. IRCC just canceled my PR application due to incomplete documentation according to them. Has to do with the police certificate uploaded for my spouse. I am also under a provincial nomination with the certificate still valid. Is it possible to get a new certificate from the province with updated application and job seeker validation code?
Also, how long does it take to get a refund from IRCC?

What happened with your spouse PCC? did you submit any LoE ? as far as i know, if its from Ontario province then you can get nomination linked to your new profile. But not sure how quick they will process.

Depends what Province you are from. I was in a similar boat in June last year, I applied through PNP (Alberta) but it got sent back as incomplete because I was missing half a page on my PCC. AB said they weren't able to link the nomination to a new EE profile, I couldn't re-submit that same EE profile that got marked as incomplete. I had to start the whole nomination process again.
Re: Refund - I think I got mine back in around 7-10 business days.

Thanks for the quick response. My spouse was outside Canada when she got the PCC. She traveled to Canada three days later. That is the bone of contention. They said she was still a resident of the country after the date on the police certificate. I hope this transfer of nomination is possible with Alberta as well.

It is not.

Unfortunately the application was correctly refused in that case.

You should have attached LOE and could have provided proof of applying new PCC and mention why the old PCC doesn’t satisfy the requirements. I think without that they wouldn’t even consider this and they will straightaway refuse it and even if you provide LOE and stuff there is a good chance they still refuse it depends on officer. But atleast with the LOE and proof you have a good chance they will give you some time to upload your new PCC

You mean I can apply to IRCC for reconsideration?
