Go to Small Claims Court. It's very informal, you don't need a lawyer and most people don't use them, and you can get lots of assistance. Often the judge will even help you during the trial (if it gets to that). You can sue for up to $25K.

Hello guys!!! well I have founded my college and I passed the exam and now I going for student loan. They said I could apply for both OSAP & Bank student loan. And my financial planner said I can be approved for 17k yay.... so I might have to use the bank loan to pay for my living expenses or so...

Best of luck to you. As a bit of an aside if your looking for money for school you could also try sites like www.studentawards.com to find scholarships and bursaries. Several of my students have had succeess finding the extra cash for their post secondary education.
