Cancel my student visa

Hi Friends!
Pls pls pls give me some advise. I got admit in a PG program in a college in toronto & I got my student visa approved for Jan 2015 intake. I got US visa for masters program. I wish to study in US as its a Master's Degree in a University where as in canada its a PG program in a college. I have paid $7000 for my tuition fee and SPP $10000. Guys, I really appreciate if you could pls give me some advise on how to get my tuition fee and SPP back.

First of all to get yor GIC and college refund you have to give valid reasons.
You will have to interact with visa office you can get the contact numbers from the government number.
Once your visa will be cancelled by them only then you can get your GIC and fees back!
That procedure would take about 1 to 2 months( specially to get back the money)

i would like to suggest that .

Please send email to admission officer of college by saying that due to some bla bla reason but that has to be strong enough ... and u have to show to that college that now u cannot move out from india .. for atleast a year .. otherwise they will suggest u to defer the intake ..

And ask them how to proceed in that case is it manadatory that i need to get my visa cancelled first and than only i can get money or i can start processing from now and mean while i wil also send my passport for visa cancellation ..

But please note that this will eb quite touch .. u have to be very active .. this things happens why a people try to ride at a same time in two boats .. so wierd dear how did u do that .. u shouldnt have actually..

Anyways now only thing is send email to college and tell them that i got some problem and i ahve to under treatment and get the same certificate from family doc jsut to show them .. or say some bad incident happen because such reason only will allow them to do this .. small reason will make them to give extension of time .. which is again not in your favour.. simple as that .

make reason like your parents or sibling got some health issue which has now changed your plan and you wish to widraaw.
