I had an Express entry file back in 2017 and I used a representative. The case is finalized in 2017 and I already got my result. I need my ITA letter for another reason and somehow I cannot find it in my email. Since these things don't get lost, I think they may have given me the hard copy that I cannot find. I called the lawyer already however for whatever reason she got angry and did not co-operate.
If I want to cancel the representative:
1. Can I still do it eventho the case is finalized?
2. Do I need their signature or permission?

Do you mean the ITA email? If so, I don't think there's any way for you to get that now, even without a representative. Why do you need that four years later?
Well, I don't remember if it was an email or a pdf.
I thought if I go to my IRCC account, it is still there. I have a sponsorship case and for some reasons I better have it.
