canadore college application process

Dear members,

I am planning to apply for Canadore college for September intake for Mental Health and Addictions Worker Intensive (accelerated).

Website of Canadore college says to fill a form, attach certificates and send it through mail. My questions to experienced members are

1. is there any application fee ?
2. is any there format in which certificates to be attached ?
3. how is the college ?
