Canadian work expirience in express entry profile

Hi Guys,
I have a question, does my Canadian work experience counts into my general 3 years of work experience?
I have 2 years and 9 months of foreign work experience and 4 full months of Canadian work experience, but for some reason my Canadian w.e. is not counted towards my full 3 years?
What can be done?

No, Foreign and Canadian experience is separate. You need to have minimum 1 year of Canadian exp to get points for it.

As I said these carry separate points. It's not an and/or thing. You will get maximum points for foreign experience once you attain 3 years of experience, currently you are getting for 2 years. You are not getting points for Canada as it's not 1 year minimum.
