Hello Everyone

I am currently on Post Grad Work Permit in Alberta, Canada. After I graduated from post-secondary school; I have accepted Job in my own college at Students' Association as Finance Manager (NOC 0111). My job is a permanent and fulltime base. It is a community college and struggling for funding due to this reason no summer student population. therefore, All the fulltime staff gets laid off for 2 months.

I work 35 hours a week. I started work on May 23, 2017, finished working on June 15, 2017. After summer break I started working again from August 2017, will be finishing in June 2018 and joining back in August 2018 again.

I am really confused about counting my Job as seasonal or non-seasonal. Technically, I am a fulltime permanent employee. My employers are ready to provide me with an explanation letter as well. Does this count as a one-year job to get qualified for CEC?

Please help me with it.

The summer break is irrelevant, once you complete a year of work experience you'll qualify for CEC.
