While I was enrolled as student during my masters studies, I had 4 teaching assistant jobs at the same university and same department. I also had a research assistant job at the same department.
TA job was total 140 hours every semester *4semesters (approx9-10 hours every week), and Summer Research Asst. job was 35 hours per week for 4 months.
Does this counts as Canadian work experience? Would I be able to get points EE for this work?

You cannot count this as work experience towards CIC since the work experience was gained during your studies in Canada. You also cannot count this as work experience towards the FSW program and you won't get any EE points for it. It basically doesn't count at all.
