Hello Everyone,

I was a student on F1 and completed my master's and currently have H1b started this year October 2013. I have to visit Canada for H1b Stamping and my F1 visa is expired.

Now what should I mention in the Canadian visit visa whether my intend is tourism/visit or Should I mention my intend is to go to US consulate to get H1B Visa? In any case, do I need to provide any evidence like interview date with US consulate? or I should mention, I want to visit a place like Niagara falls?

Do I need to get h1b interview in US consulate in Canada appointment before applying for a visit Canadian visa? In that case, can I delay my H1b stamping interview. Can someone clarify that to me?

What is the right steps for getting H1B stamping from US while having H1b status in the US.
