You need visa to Jamaica, but you dont need visa if you have PR Card. For Qatar, they dont accept RTD

Believe all gulf countries are not possible to visit with an RTD to visit family.

I heard some airport doesn't accept RTD, however I'm intend to travel For umrah and i do have visa. Also Pr card and travel document.
Could someone please share there experience

Saudi Arabia accepts RTD. You just need a visa.
