Hi, My visa was refused under
Grounds for refusal:



· I am not satisfied that you have truthfully answered all questions in the documents you have submitted in support of your application, as required by subsection 16(1) of the IRPA. Specifically, you have not declared a US visa refusal.
They have not banned me instead asked me to reapply.
Could you please let me know shall I need to reapply my application with new forms, apology letter and do I need to resend all other documents or they already have those?

Usually it's a 5 years ban for misrepresentation. Read it carefully. It's a generic format where they will ask you to reapply also but that means after 5 years

You might have been asked to respond within 60 days. After this people are banned for misrepresentation as excuses don't work with IRCC
