Canadian Student Visa

Hi,
I am from Pakistan, I have some questions in my mind....
1. I just want to know that how much time the canadian high commission takes time to issue student visa in Islamabad..
2. If I show that I have relatives in Toronto so is this is going to help for the visa issuance or its going to make a worst .......
3. And can my uncle sponser me from Chicago....
4. I have choose tourism course... Its a hard to find in Pakistan ..... Is this can help in study permit
