Canadian Spouse - Dual Citizenship required to submit police certificate

Hi All, my spouse has dual citizenship. She came to Canada as a PR in 2017. She then became a Canadian in 2022. I’ve included her in my application (unaccompanied spouse and got no additional points). The checklist asks for her police certificate because we claimed dual citizenship. Do you know if we can write a LOE explaining that she has submitted the police certificate before becoming a PR, and now that she is Canadian? Obviously, it was decided that she posed no security threat to Canada long time ago. Really appreciate your advice!!!
