I was born and raised in Canada, and have sponsored my husband in Pakistan through family sponsorship. My question is, Can I reside with my husband in Pakistan, until our case is complete. I was sent a letter saying I am eligible as a sponsor. I want to work in Pakistan, until we can come back to Canada together.
Any information regarding my question would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Since you are a Canadian citizen, you can remain outside of Canada while your husband's application is being processed. I assume you included proof in the application demonstrating that you will return to Canada once your husband's PR application has been approved.
I wrote in the application that our intention is to live with my parents when we move to Canada. My brother and parents are all residing in Canada right now, so I mentioned that when my husbands immigration was complete we would live with them until we found our own living arrangement. I also said that I have left on good terms with all my previous employers to ensure I can get a job as soon as I return. I am not sure what other proof I can provide?
Sis dont attempt to stay with ur husband long time then chc will delay ur case because they question ur intentions of residing canada

It's probably a good idea to provide stronger proof. Examples can be:
- letter from parents confirming that you will be living with them when you return to Canada
- letters from past employers confirming that they would be willing to re-hire you when you return
- proof of job search in Canada
- proof of bank accounts / other assets owned in Canada
- proof of planned school enrollment in Canada (if you plan to study when you return)
im in the midle of the outland proccess, but in my country the proccesse can take 25 months and my hubby can move to my country and wait with me until proccess finish...What is the best to do? notify them? dont say anything?
For those of you thinking about moving during the application process, take a look at http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/wifes-pr-app-sponsors-intent-to-return-to-canada-t101140.0.html;msg1387294#msg1387294 and http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/need-advice-submitted-additional-information-no-replies-yet-what-to-do-t101255.0.html;msg1389036#msg1389036 for stevelo's recent experience.
