Hi,

I am a Canadian PR from India. I spoke to a US company and they are interested in having me employed as their sales guy in Canada. I have a few questions on this and it would be of great help if somebody could give me more info.

- Should I incorporate my self as a consultant and work for the company?
- Should I incorporate the company as a Canadian Corporation and then start working?
- If I ask them to have me on their US Payroll, then how would the taxation work?

Kindly help me out.
