Canadian PR Holder, Wants to sponsor Sister and her Husband..Whats the Procedure

Hope am in right place of the forum to raise this question,

I am Canadian PR Holder, I am going to land on november 2015. I Want to sponsor my Sister and her husband. What is the procedure and what are the requirement my sister and her husband needs to fulfill.

You don't qualify to sponsor your sister and her husband since you have a family.

Your sister and her husband will have to qualify to immigrate independently.

Your previous posts indicated you have a common law partner. If you have a common law partner, you cannot sponsor your sister.

If your previous posts are incorrect and you don't have a common law partner, then are both of your parents deceased?

If both of your parents are deceased, do you have no other family in Canada (e.g. uncles, aunts)?

Do you have any relatives at all in Canada? This includes parents, children, siblings, cousins, aunts, uncles, etc...

Were are your parents?

My Parents are Alhamdulilah Alive and they are living in India

My sister and her husband works in Dubai, so I am planing to sponsor them.

I dont have any other relative in Canada.

You can sponsor your parents for PR.

Unfortunately you cannot sponsor your sister. She and her husband will have to qualify to immigrate on their own.
