Hello Experts,

Wants to know do i need Canadian police clearance and finger print scans from RCMP ? i already did get my police certificate from India and friends are advising me i have to submit both indian and canadian police clearance and fingerprint scanner please advice.

No you don't need that upfront. You will be advised by CIC if you need one later.
