Canadian parents - Surrogacy in Africa (Nigeria); please help

I realized I haven’t updated this group. We lost the babes ( twins) in May last year. I was due to travel in July for their arrival in August . The surrogate would have been hospitalized if abroad due to high risk but this was not noticed or identified early until it was too late. When she arrived at the hospital complaining of pains the baby head was already coming out. Once the first one came out the second followed almost immediately. Not having incubators available they died not having fully formed lungs.

Going through the process myself, I can only imagine the agony you must have felt and still feel. I am so sorry to have dredged it up again and I pray your family finds peace and comfort. Grieve and if/when you feel up to it, try again.

It’s alright . I didn’t want people to feel like I was ignoring them. We spent too much and a lot of emotional expenses that can’t be quantified. Wish you the very best.
