My American gf and I met online, I went down to states to see her 3 times already in my last visit we got the marriage, our wedding took a place in April in Arizona. After the wedding I’m going to start the spousal sponsorship process to live in Canada.
My question is do I still need the K-1 visa since we aren’t going to live in the states?!
