Hello, i am an international student studying in the US right now. I have finished my Associates and have just a year left to complete my Bachelors. My F1 visa expires in July 2018 and my husband's and my son's, F2 visa expires October 2018. But my I20 is valid till 2019.
I want to apply for the immigration so i need your advice what to do in order to apply for the immigration process. I have applied last year for student visa in Ontario and got rejected. I have my sister who is in PR status in Ontario. I want to permanently get inside Canada in any Province. I want to secure my future there as here, as being an international student, i'm struggling a lot. Both for me and my dependents. Im pregnant now and i really want to apply before my I20 expires.
please help me to find my path to get settled down permanently in Canada. I really need your help.
Looking forward for your reply soon.
Thanking You

Since you have no degree yet and I assume no qualifying skilled work experience, I doubt you qualify under any of the current immigration programs to apply for PR in Canada.
Your best bet is probably a student visa. You should look at the reasons you were rejected last year, address those issues and see if you can make your application stronger, and try again.
It will be difficult getting a student visa while living and studying in a 3rd country. It would be much easier to get accepted from your home country.
