I have two queries regarding canadian immigration.
If anyone can please answer them, I shall be grateful:
1) I am CA Pakistan and got my qualification in Jan 2018. Before that I have almost 4 years experience (including 3.5 years CA articles experience). For experience requirement in canadian immigration, Can I count pre qualification experience as experience or not?
2) For assessment purposes, will I be submitting my application to Wes directly. A consultant told me that it will first be submitted with ICAP (assessment body in Canada and afterwards WES). Please advise.

It will not be counted under CA experience , but if you have another degree before CA then it will be counted under that degree and you have to choose your occupation accordingly.
2) For assessment purposes, will I be submitting my application to Wes directly. A consultant told me that it will first be submitted with ICAP (assessment body in Canada and afterwards WES). Please advise. You will send your degree not application to WES and WES is enough.
