I have done my medicals and submitted my passport on December 22, 2009. Till date my e-case status is showing "IN PROCESS." Could anyone tell me as to why this delay? Is there anymore verifications to be done? How much longer should I wait? Is there any email ID to contact the High Comission. All throughtout this forum I have seen ppl getting their visas within a months' time. Well, mine is gonna be 2 months pretty soon. Everybody's opinion will be really helpful to me, so ppl plz give ur opinions. Thanks all and good luck.

Don"t be disappoint. As u had stated that u had through with ur Medical. The delay have several reasons but I don't think there will be more verifications. I can able to tell u if u could tell me what type of procedure u had followed. Is ur case was with AEO, through consultant. Please write all the details.

Hi Happen.. first of all, thanks for your reply. I have applied under NOC 3152 where my wife is my primary applicant. There is no arranged employment, so will have to search for a job only when we reach there. We have also submitted our passports to our agency and our medical has been couriered to CHC, ND of which I checked the consignment number and came to know that it had reached CHC, ND on December 24, 2009. I dont know how much longer will I have to wait. Usually, it takes 1-1.5 months, but my case has been almost 2 months now (55 days exact). I have even booked my tickets in April as I never thought it would be a long delay. Any ideas to how much longer the wait will go. Thanks always.
Yes I have submitted my RPRF, however, I enquired through my agency and they said that it will come along with the visa. However, I am not sure about writing to CHC, ND coz cant say whether they will take it in a good sense or bad way. What would be your opinion. Did you every write to them about delays. I dont know how much longer should I wait. Thanks once again jsp.
