I would like to know if anyone had this issue. I have submitted my simplified skilled worker application on 20th of May 2008. as i have seen in the website of the canadian high commission in london, it takes 12 weeks to reply back to me. but i havent got anything yet, not email and not mail. i have sent them an email almost 5 days ago but they didnt answer.
i do have a copies of the bank draft payment and the fedex tracking number just for reference. i have contacted the canadian embassy in abu dhabi (UAE) but they are not able to help me as their services doesnt cover this immigration category.

Since you applied after 27/02/08 nothing will happen to your application until the "priority list" is published. Once the list is published and your NOC is on it, then your application will be processed. If it is not on the list, your application will be returned.
Is this a new process ? do you know how log it is going to take ?
i assume that most of the applicants are skilled people with decent job titles. i have 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure Engineering / computer support and IT customer service techinical support. is this listed in the NOC ? how do they return applications, i mean what is the reason ?!
