I have quick question. I got separated due to domestic violence issue, however I m not divorced yet. Can I still file PR under CEC without mentioning my husband as we came here together..I came here on student visa and my husband accompanied me on visitor visa. Right now he is on work permit. divorce will take time and we have been separated for 2 years
