Canadian Experience Class Reference letter

Hello Guys,

I am planning to fill out my express entry profile as I am at the end of one year of Canadian work experience. I work as a technical support consultant for an outsourcing company in a call centre. The HR provided me with a reference letter but would not change anything in it as they say this letter is the only letter approved by management. Bellow are the duties indicated on the letter and I am wondering if they are good enough for NOC- 2282-B. I know the job I do is an exact match of what workers in NOC 2282-B do but the HR would not provide more detailed reference letter. Here are the duties illustrated by the HR letter.


 Answers phones and responds to customer requests

 Provide customer with product and service information

 Identify, research and resolve technical customer issues as trained

 Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve basic to advanced technical concerns

 Document customer notes, reports and logs

 Meet client contractual goals and metric with regards to providing the customer excellent

service

 Other duties as assigned by management
