i have applied BC PNP (paper based file due to ielts score 5.5 bands) hopefully i will nominated next month and my one year experience will be completed on 4the march 2021. after that can i apply Canadian Experience Class (Express Entry)

if i am not applying paper based file then can i apply Canadian Experience Class (Express Entry) in march 2021.

i want to clear that can i apply after approval of BC PNP.

my consultant told me that i can apply only paper based file after approval of BC PNP.
he told me that when we apply BC PNP we have to mention which type of file you want to apply for PR after PNP.

please guide me as you know that consultant never told the truth.

If your BC PNP stream is not linked to Express Entry you have to apply for PR on paper.

You can only have one PR application at a time.

Actually, we can have multiple PR applications at the same time. Whichever is approved first, we accept that one and withdraw the other one. This is what IRCC agents advise me.
