Canadian experience calculation

Hello,

I have one confusion for my express entry profile.
I finished my study in April 2016 but last semester was my co-op from January-2016 to April-2016 then same company offered me one internship from May-2016 to August-2016 and then they hired me full time from September-2016. The Internship was paid 15 dollar per hour.

I applied my post graduation work permit in June and i got my work permit in July. should i consider my experience from May in Express entry profile or September?

Please I need suggestion.

so I applied my PGWP in June so i should consider June right.
and my internship is consider as a Canadian work experience?

My crs is 423 and i am waiting for invitation but it seems very difficult to get invitation nowadays so should i create a new profile and if i will get OINP interest letter then should i apply for OINP or wait for EE invitation. what is you suggestion.
