I have done B.COM (2 years) plus MBA in finance (2 years) with 16 years of education.
Can I be eligible to apply for the PR in the category of an accountant?

You might want to post your query in Federal Skilled Worker programme section on this website. This is for CEC (Canadian Experience Class) applicants. And in order to become eligible for this class you need at least 1 year of work experience in Canada.
