I have been told that our 9 yr old daughter has canadian citizenship since im canadian & my wife is american.
Any one have a link to the form i need to fill out for her & what the fee is

here</a>. Just make sure that your child is first generation being born abroad, i.e. you are a Canadian Citizenship who were born in Canada to Canadian parent(s).
As for the fees, the info is also on that site, it's about $75CAD for each certificate. I've done this myself a couple of times from outside Canada for my son and daughter without any problems, you only need the photographs, the fee, the form and of course birth certificates.
We did the same for our kids too, it was super fast and super easy.
