hi....my wife is in canada on study visa....but now she completed her 14 months study and get certificate...also she got 1 year work permit.....now we want baby in canada. Question is, our baby will get canadian citizenship or PR ON BIRTH? PLEASE GIVE ME BEST AND HELPFUL ANSWERS.

If baby is born within Canada then he/she is BORN CANADIAN CITIZEN regardless of the status of the parents whether they are on PR, Work Visa ,Visit Visa etc etc...Good luck

No your wife cant get PR based on your newborn baby in Canada.She has to apply individually for her PR like every one.....
