Canadian Citizenship Certificate Mailed Which Way?

Greetings

Does anyone know for sure, how they mail the certificate after taking your oath and doing the ceremony? There are three main ways correct? Regular mail, registered mail where you have to go to pick it up at your local post office and present ID, and arrive to the home but with a signature upon delivery. I ask because regular mail would mean I do not need to be present in the province to pick it up when it arrives. Anyone??
