I am helping my father obtain his proof of Canadian citizenship as he was born outside of Canada to a Canadian parent. We are using a service in Canada and I am running in to an issue with the required ID. I know there are two forms of personal ID that are required, but I am not sure what will work for this. My dad has a passport, birth certificate, his father's Canadian birth certificate, his(my dad) marriage certificate, and a FAA pilot's license (US). The service we are using says that this won't work that he has to have a driver's license or a social security card because they are government issued. He doesn't have either one of those, but his pilot's license IS government issued with his name, physical description, and signature.
