I know he is US citizen, he will be Canadian citizen automatically since I am Canadian, correct?
If he is Canadian and I am not working can we get some sort of child support from Canadian child support system?

1. Assuming you were either born in Canada or naturalized, then you would have to apply for proof of citizenship for the child. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/citizenship/proof.asp
